Amenities were very good. Close to Metro station but a short walk is all it takes to reach Ueno station Very polite staff

The room was spacious and clean, I appreciated the sitting area and amenities provided. The location was great, only a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants around Ueno Station. The hotel provided comfortable pyjamas for adults (but not children). The buffet breakfast was excellent, and staff were kind and helpful.
