The location is very convenient, close to train station, several mini market, the staff is friendly and nice, when we were there, Japan was celebrate Tanabata Events, the hotel was very thoughtful let us experiences the festival by giving us packed of sweets and piece of paper to write down our wishes and later on hang our wish on the tree next to reception. Hopefully our wish will come true.

The Location was very convinient , Train Station very near, very confortable beds, and the staff extremely kind a helpful , every thing so clean and nice

Got it for the price point. Location is quite convenient. Staff were somewhat helpful with the luggage delivery to Osaka.

The location was perfect. Close to so many different train station lines. Very central. The staff were beyond helpful. Breakfast was ok, but they can do with more options in particular western style. Room was great with 3 comfortable beds including the sofa bed although no room for luggage at all. Which makes it real hard for even a couple to access their luggage easily.
