This is a perfect budget hotel for a Disney stay. The breakfast buffet was great and set us up for 2 full on days of theme parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to take you to the parks and also the closest train station, which in a summer heat wave we were very grateful for. The parks and Maihama station are walkable though. The staff were helpful and friendly.
