Staff - extremely friendly, informative, helpful. They are available 24/7. Location - close to the metro station, bus lines and attractions such as Skytree. There are not many restaurants around but across the street is a Ramen restaurant, which I would recommend to go to. Room - small but that is normal for Japan. Bed linen and towels are provided. I had a beautiful view on Skytree, was staying in room 622 where unfortunately WiFi connection was very bad or non-existent but at the front desk they offered me router (first one did not work, but the second one did). Then the WiFi was smooth and decent speed. Bathroom was clean however the toilet could be a bit more clean. You can ask for extra towels at the front desk (if you ran out of them). A/C was working fine all the time, mini fridge in the room was good, microwave functioned nicely as well. Luggage storage is available on the day of check-in and check-out, which is convenient for early arrivals and late departures. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

A small room and bed, but so very cozy and clean. It had a fridge, microwave, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, anything you need. We could leave luggage at the desk for free. They had a "hidden" smoking area. The staff was so kind and spoke english. The location is a minute walk to a bus and 7min walk to the metro. The area is quiet. I'd stay there anytime.

The room was cleaned well, convenient location. The room is small but it is very common for Japan. I would say it’s worth the money.

Our stay at Hotel Mystays Asakusa had both positive aspects and a few downsides. On the bright side, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the location was fairly good, making it easy to explore Tokyo. We also appreciated the presence of a small kitchen in the room, which can be very convenient for preparing your own meals, even though we didn’t end up using it. The price was quite reasonable for Tokyo, which is certainly a plus.
