Very attentive staff and an excellent location near the airport. The train station is just a couple of blocks away, and despite the proximity with avenues, the hotel was very quiet. We booked the free airport transfer service at check-in and arrived perfectly on time. The room was a bit small (as is common in most hotels in Japan), but it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.

It was way too expensive, being so far out of the city, tiny room. Had to pay extra to check in early even though room available. No facilities to speak of. Not every airport train stops at that station. It was confusing to understand which train to get, took us ages to get there from Shinagawa. It’s a better idea to stay at Shinagawa if you have an early morning flight like we did. Their airport shuttle is good.

It was good for where it was, next to the airport. Plenty of little restaurants around. Good blackout blinds. Shuttle to airport
