The staff were wonderful- from the very first greeting they were friendly,smiling and always ready to help in any way with directions,bus and train stops and local restaurants. The location is great too— just 300 metres from Kasai Station and a direct bus to Disney which takes about 25 minutes. The rooms we booked were very spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t huge but it provided a good start to the day. Also there were lots of “ goodies “ in reception such as toiletries,razors,and soaps and also free hot chocolate and coffee so that was another big plus.

The breakfast was fantastic, the room more spacious than most in Tokyo and we loved having a laundry machine in our twin room. The staff were fantastic. It was close to Kasai station and an easy bus ride to Disney!
