It was very convenient and most of all: very affordable. I didn’t expected it to be that good in terms of equipment in the room for that hotel category and the price. It is very close to a lot of inexpensive restaurants with a very varied choice and like 4 min away from the subway and has a real supermarket around the corner as well (you have a fridge, a microwave and a water boiler in the room!)

Location is good near Ayase Station and the Budokan and the hotel is quiet, modern and clean with a cafe on the ground floor.

Good location, 5 min walk to Ayase Station. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a good shower.
