The hotel is truly lovely. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating- always polite, responsive, and pleasant. The rooms, bedsheets, towels, and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, with everything replenished. Breakfast was really tasty. I was too busy to watch TV, so I can’t comment on that. I treated myself to a complimentary cappuccino by the reception, which was a nice touch. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned daily, you can exchange it for some treats- an excellent win-win for both guests and staff. The location is good, quite central and close to everything.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The welcome drinks were very nice in the hot weather. It was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

We liked the complimentary drinks and beverage after a day of walking. The hotel is conveniently located near exit 3 of Ueno station. There is konbini nearby.

Quiet location. Not too far from the station even though it was not easy to find the hotel on the first day. It would be of help to hotel guests if the nearest exit is specified.
