Location was superb! Quiet surroundings. The washing machine was really helpful and I love that its timer is shown in the TV so no need to go down to 1F everytime! The free drinks in the lobby every afternoon was top notch! I like the breakfast because 1] the mains change everyday and 2] the staff were very polite and greets guests with all smiles. I stayed 15 days and my family stayed for 5 days (total of 3 rooms) and it is really worth the money. Also, worth mentioning that they granted my request to have all 3 rooms beside each other.

The staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and there are free amenities as well as beverages in the lobby after breakfast. The room was clean and plenty of fresh towels were provided for the stay.

The location was excellent - easy to get to via underground subway links or on the streets past traffic lights. I requested for early check-in at 12pm (paid), and got in a bit before 12pm as well, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I went in September and the prices were great - even slightly cheaper than APA hotels nearby BUT at least 25% more spacious especially at the doorway for a double bed (single) room. Loved the toiletries (and more) provided, and that the room actually had a window that let sunlight in. Plenty of food, department stores and cafes nearby, and if you like to walk around, it's only a 30 min walk away from Asakusa or Yanaka Ginza. There was barely any noise I could hear outside too at any hour, which I appreciated.

Breakfast is good. Buffet style. Great selection of breads and croissant. I quite liked their miso soup. Breakfast staff adorable and very nice to my daughter. Overall staff are great too. Location is perfect for walking around, getting the Ueno Station, Ueno park, restaurant around etc etc. Price was cheaper then their side competitor APA when I booked. Safe was big enough to keep my 13inch laptop, small aps-c sized camera and few other things. I would go again.
