We loved everything about our stay here. My sister and I and our 2 year old nephew. It felt like luxury coming from our previous accommodation. Check in was easy, the free beverages were a treat, the breakfast was 10/10 and location to the Shibuya crossing was very close

We really enjoyed our stay at Hoyel Graphy with its modern and fun design. The personal is very friendly and helpful. A special Thanks to Santos who installed the App and booked our train tickets to Kyoto <3. The breakfast is not a buffet but just amazing. The Bar offers free flow beer for one hour and for the teens and me we got free drinks (lemonade is insane good). Of course it is super clean. The teens enjoyed the room at the top floor to chat in the evening, get some drinks and snacks like the coffee sweets. We had rooms with private bathroom. Very functional. Despite the small size, we felt comfortable and could sit on a sofa to review the days or play card games. The hotel is located between two metro station (Shibuya and Ebisu). Both 10-12 minutes walk. The neighborhood is calm, but you find C-stores and small restaurant within 5 minutes walk. JUST GREAT

Excellent hotel with very kind and helpful staff speaking very good English! We stayed in a room with shared toilets and bathroom, which was no issue because there are enough showers and toilets on each floor and we never had to wait. It was always clean and there were always enough facilities (e.g. Shampoo, soap, towels....) to use. Of course, our room was small, but that was clearly noted in the description. If you're 2 people, it's not possible to fully open 2 suitcases at the same time - at least, we didn't manage to do that. 😅 On the last floor there is a lounge where you can relax and have iced tea or flavoured water for free. On the ground floor, there is a bar and a restaurant and some information panels with some historical facts concerning the hotel and its location. That was lovely made. Breakfast is really delicious and allowed a healthy start of the day. The food in the restaurant was nicely served and was delicious. The location of the Graphy Hotel is also very good: within a short walking distance you reach Shibuya train station, but you can still take advantage of a calm night's rest! We'd highly recommend this place to stay, because of its stylish interior, cleanliness, staff, food and location!

Very clean (both room and bathroom), good amenities (towel, slippers, sleeping mask, ear plugs, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) very friendly staff, good location.
