Please note, payment in cash or credit card must be made upon check-in.Guests arriving after 23:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.All rooms at this hotel are non-smoking.Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.

Really comfortable room and super clean facilities. Staff were incredibly friendly and the location was ideal - close to Shibuya but just outside the hustle and bustle.

It was a beautiful hotel. Quiet inside, besides being so close to a busy road. This road led directly to the Famous crossing. Very stylish fit out and a fabulous bath.

Clean, beautiful property with great facilities. Whilst the room we choose didn’t have a toilet/shower all facilities were great - nothing like most western hostels.
