It's variety breakfast,good quality of food. There is bus service to Disney, very convenience.

Good and big for a family of 4 (11y and 8y). Free bus to Disney. Hot spring public bath is not free but still reasonable.

It is spotless clean, has family mart inside and also with shuttle to disney and accessible to limousine bus to and from haneda/narita airport.

Breakfast was great! Beds nice and firm. Excellent Family Mart nearby.
