Loved everything about this property - great location, comfy room, very clean & quiet. Highlight for me was the staff - everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful & polite, especially when organising luggage transfer. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an apartment style hotel which suited us well. The room had plenty of space for two adults and a teenagers even with the sofa bed. It was very comfortable. The in room washing machine and dryer in the bathroom was very useful. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the station and the restaurants and shops of Ueno. There is a 7-11 nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.
