The facilities i.e. toilets, showers were clean. Slippers, toothbrush+ paste and towels were provided for each person. Staff helped us check-in though the email had said we have to check in ourselves as we came late at night. Close to trains.

LOCATION very close to the train station Uguitsudani (5min walk), Donki nearby as well as restaurants (very affordable one at that) it is also near Ueno et Akihabara (very nice 40 minute walk) BEDROOM beds are very comfortable beds

Overall pretty good the beds were not pretty good, but out of the 12 beds there one of us had one of the comfy ones the rest of them were paperthin…. The location is perfect and next to the train station, which takes you to the main points in Tokyo. Very good value for money if you’re on a budget. Also very clean cleaners were always in our rooms and bathrooms tidying up after dirty people!
