- location : nicely connected to many metro stations, many restaurants around, close to Shinjuku station, kombini or small shops - spacious enough for family of 2 adults & 2 young kids (sleeping on futon in living room) - check-in communication: all clear and efficient - arrangement with dates

Terrific communication from the host, very clear instructions. But more importantly — the accommodation is spacious, well appointed & convenient to Okubo station, just one stop to Shinjuku. Our family loved saying here for our first Tokyo experience. Can’t recommend more highly, we hope to return!!

The bathroom, shower, kitchen facilities were outstanding. Really spacious and a great place to be in Tokyo. The location was also very ideal. There were also small quality of life things like bin liners and washing detergent, drying rack and hangers.
