The location of the hotel was very good. A FamilyMart, 7eleven and a big Yaoko within a few minutes walking distance. We got a really beautiful and big room, which was absolutely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, many choices and everything was totally fresh. Loved the Matcha Latte. The staff was exceptional friendly, helpful and courteous. We felt so comfortable that we booked another night when we are back in Tokyo at the end of our tour. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with this hotel. Staff are exceptional and you couldn’t ask for better service! The buffet breakfast is delicious too.

The staff were very kind and made check-in and check-out easy. They were able to hold our luggage for us and deliver it to our room when it was ready. The bus to and from the Disney parks is convenient. Awesome amenities as well.
