The fine print
The hotel's free shuttle is offered from Bus Stop #21 in front of Keio Department Store at Shinjuku Station. It is available every 20-minutes from 08:20 to 21:40.At the Executive Lounge, a smart casual dress code is strongly recommended. Attires mentioned below are strongly discouraged and may not be permitted:
- Night attire (slippers, Yukata robe, etc.)
- Gym clothes/sportswear (Tank tops, shorts, etc.)
- Beachwear (flip-flops, sandals, etc.) and visible tattoos.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying on the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Maintenance work of the indoor swimming pool will be carried out from Wednesday, 7 May, 2025 to Friday, 6 June, 2025. During this period, The indoor swimming pool, poolside stretching area and poolside gym will be unavailable.

It was nice and comfortable to be in a big and lively hotel. Location was ok, though 15 mn walk from the action. Nice food options.

We stayed in a junior suite. It was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the amenities in the room were great. The extra large room gave us the space we needed for a longer stay. The breakfast and executive lounge was a delight. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location was great. Close enough to Shinjuku City but enough space to provide a break from the hustle and bustle.

If you like a Hilton then I imagine you'll like this. Our impression was it was a little overpriced for what we got. Location was quiet. All food very expensive, for what it was. We were seeking a really luxe experience and felt underwhelmed. The staff were super nice.

The location, staff attitude, comfort of the beds and pillows, hygiene in the rooms were all above par. What is especially convenient is that there is direct access to the Nishi-Shinjuku metro station without having to exit on to the road. The breakfast was a good spread.

Large Hotel in the business and financial part of Shinjuko. Compared to the Hilton standard it has a higher level. The hotel is very large and very busy but the staff is really efficient. We stayed in a junior suite executive room on the 36th floor with access to the lounge. The room is large, wonderful view. Little space in the closets, to improve perhaps by eliminating a huge useless sofa that does not even serve as a third bed.

This is a very centrally located hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The rooms are a decent size and very comfortable. There is a good breakfast with plenty of Western and Japanese options. Unfortunately, we didn't try any of the in-house restaurants as there are plenty of eating options in the vicinity of the hotel. There is also a very nice bar called St.George's, which is perfect for a quiet drink after a hectic day of signtseeing. The staff are friendly and obliging.
