The staff is the best! We had an incident, my mother lost her purse with passports in the monorail station's toilet, and the manager Mr. Watanabe was incredible helping us, even called the police to file a report, and aided us until the purse was recovered. The rooms were extremely spacious and cozy, the breakfast delightful. The best choice near Tokyo Disney parks.

Location with easy Disney park access, and spacious family rooms were appreciated as was the ability to accommodate my children’s food allergies throughout the stay. Staff were also very friendly.
