Everything went well. The room was very clean and beautifully designed. The bathroom was huge and also spotless but even better were the passes to use at the local sento each day. The free gelato left in the frig for us was a nice touch.

The stay was above expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, acommodation clean, comfortable. I also enjoyed that it situated in a traditional Japanese building and you get a free ticket to a local spa. Amazing experience.
