Really good value for money when you are on a tight budget. Convenient location being near several stations and a mini-mart round the corner. Having all 4 of us in the same room is handy. Used the washing machine and was told to hang them outside to dry was a bonus as everything was dried in under 24 hours. The beds were really comfortable and sheets were clean. Tiny bathroom but a small inconvenience greatly outweighed by the other advantages listed.

Good basic hotel about an easy 10-15 minute walk to Ueno station and all streets around there. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet side street.
