Lovely hotel .heart of city ginza . Very close to restaurants and key places to shop visit and happening streets. Ginza is a very modern and posh locality where this hotel is located. The rooms are very clean and AC has both heating and cooling . Bath rooms are spacious and rooms too. The laundry is super fast and good service .

The room was small however it was manageable. What was ridiculous was there is no place to put clothing. I understand that Japan typically has small hotel rooms but we stayed for 4 nights when we arrived and 4 nights at the end of our trip. Put up some shelving at least. The bathroom was even worse. Absolutely no place to put toiletries. And please change the shower curtain liner. It was moldy. Completely unacceptable. Although the location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful, the lack of storage means I would never stay here again and would advise friends and family who will be coming to Japan to not stay here.
