Comfortable and very close to the train station. It’s very bare but you’re paying for the convenience not the rooms.

Location, location, location! Very near Tozai Kagurazaka eki and Toei Oedo Ushigome-Kagurazaka eki and Iidabashi eki which virtually takea you anywhwere from Sanrio Putoland (Tama) to Yokohama Chinatiwn - in one ride. Not to mention Kagurazaka itself, everything and anything you will ever need phyically, mentally, spuritually, gastronically, and shoppingly, financially, and even pachinkoly are all there. Host Kouzi was responsive on our queries so as we were not left in the dark. And such a quiet side of Shjnjuku-ku. Would definitely recommend the property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to public transport and convenience stores. There is also a vending machine for drinks right outside of the building. The apartment is clean and has everything you would need. The owner is very friendly and helpful and responds to messages very quickly.
