It is a great value for your money (if you are used to American hotel prices!) The staff was very helpful when I asked them questions in Japanese. The station is easy to get to. The elevator is convenient!

I love this place and always use it when I can. There is a laundry, the rooms have everything you need and are great for a longer stay with the microwave, etc. Staff are always so lovely and the rooms are decently clean. The place is a little loved, but that's part of its charm. Also a great location.

The room was not bad but it was really dirty, other than that we had a good time in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped us a lot with sending the luggage to the airport. The location is good as well, 7-8 mins walking to sugamo station, and you can find a lot of restaurants in the area. I was going to give a much higher score if the room was not in such a bad shape.
