Good location less than 5 minutes walk from Kitashinagawa station on Keikyu line, quick access to bus or metro lines to visit Tokyo, convenience stores and dining options nearby. Options available to book smoking or non-smoking room. Easy and secure access to clean quiet rooms with perfect working facilities, professional and friendly staff always ready to help, we could leave our luggage for a few hours before check in and after checkout Room size is less than one would expect for Europe but everything is well organized and perfectly working

Booking available two weeks befor in May. Location was good, some basic equipment available, shops around, major train station with train to Haneda.

No frills, tucked in a cozy neighborhood and it is very close to a train station. There are two convenience stores next to it. Nice performance/price ratio.

I loved the neighbourhood. It may seem quiet but I suggest staying in Shinawaga. You have a train station nearby that connects you not only to Tokyo, but to the whole country. There also amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel is also great and there is a useful minimart right by it.
