The staff are.really.helpful and.goes.above.and.beyond. Convenient.location. The train station is only 2 to 3 minutes walk, and there is also bus stops right outside and plenty of restaurants nearby Lawson right next door. 7 eleven and Family mart are also.close. There is McDonald's and KFC too and a.supermarket.

Lovely little place. Staff were excellent as I had mistakenly booked a smoking room. As such the room had a bit of a stale smell from the previous user. I asked just incase if I could move and before I knew it a room had been prepared for me. The staff apologised greatly even though it was my mistake and were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Location is in a quiet residential area. The bed is super fluffy and cozy. Conveniently located near several konbinis. Laundry and common room were clean.

Was walking distance to Ekoda station, lots of food options in the area and a quick train ride to Ikebukuro. Staff spoke really good english. Was very happy with my stay there.
