Everything was great! Convenience store right outside, clean, spacious for Tokyo. Easy access to Ikebukuro Station. Walking through the love hotel streets was a plus for our group because some of the hotels are just ... quirky.

The apartment is very conveniently located. Across the street is a small supermarket for breakfast and dinner if you don't feel like going out. It is only a five minute walk to the metro station. If you cross the railway (bridge) you find a big shopping mall and lots of restaurants. The apartment is very quiet at night and spacious with an eye for detail. Everything we needed was there...fresh towels, soap, sponge, toothbrush you name it. And it was very clean and well organized. Easy acces with self check in. We liked having a washing machine and bathtub in the bathroom and there was even space for our luggage to store. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it.
