The location of the Hotel was great because it was close to the activities I wanted to do while in Tokyo. The Breakfast was really good and the room was very comfortable.

just the staff does not speak english well so sometimes it is not easy to communicate with them:-) also, they are not flexible at all - at this is a general problem in Tokyo
