We enjoyed many things about our stay with DDD Hotel. First, the check in and check out experience was very easy. The front desk staff was available 24/7 and very helpful! We also enjoyed the little details in our room, like the comfortable nightgowns and slippers.

Very helpful staff, we needed to check in early and they were very accommodating (there was a charge but we were told this when we made the early check-in request). The room was small, but this was expected, as with most hotels in Japan, we managed with our checked bag and cabin bag. The bathroom was a good size for the room, and the Japanese toilet was the best from our trip. Everything in the room was clean and the toiletries were nice and there was a nice selection of teas. Nice choice of food and drink for breakfast.

Everything was so well thought out for the guests! I love everything that they provided in the room! Borosil cups on the toilet, super comfy robes and bedroom slippers! Enjoyed my stay very much!

Very stylish albeit the rooms are minimalist and small. Delicious selection of coffee at the abno café.
