Great value for money. I paid $2000 for 7 nights and considering how expensive accomodation is in Japan this was reasonable. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The heated floors were an added bonus! Awesome having the 7/11 outside.

Amazing hotel! We ended up booking this last minute when we were in Tokyo as the hotel we had originally booked was awful (avoid APA hotels!) The room was very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely city view. Shower and bath were great. Free amenities in the lobby including tea and coffee. Good hairdryer provided. Laundry services available within the hotel. 6 minute walk to nishi-Shinjuku station which kept you connected to everywhere! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an amazing experience here and would definitely book this hotel again! You made our honeymoon so special, thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
