The staff were welcoming and very friendly! Their English was great which is always helpful being a tourist. The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby, I always enjoy the ability to rest in a lobby rather than my room.

I liked the location and overall it was a good hotel. Loved the pj set you got to use to hang out in the room. Loved all the japanese bidet toilets!!
