One of the best hotels we have stayed in . The staff showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in hospitality these days , the manager Neil Mcinnes was front and centre and always on hand to offer guidance and advice . Hotel rooms were spotless and well equipped . Location was perfect with access to subway and JR line directly outside the hotel also shopping at Ginza district walkable in 10 mins .
