Accommodation was easy to find and close to station. Host was extremely helpful with lost luggage communication with airport and even drying our clothes that we had washed the night before so that we were able to leave the accommodation for excursions early in the morning. Also forwarded our luggage to next accommodation.

Chizuko was amazing, went over and above, meeting us at the train station, offering helpful tips and directions, cleaned and replaced towels each day and even took our laundry out of the dryer and folded them! Having a local who is super helpful is a massive plus and would recommend to anyone.

The condo is on the ground level with no stairs, so getting in and out was effortless. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a 7-Eleven, ramen place, Matsuya, cafés, and even a supermarket open until midnight. The location was very convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station with direct trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other major spots. Although not in the main tourist area, everything was easily accessible. The space was clean, spacious, and fully equipped—it felt just like home. The biggest highlight was the host. She was incredibly kind and helpful, meeting us at the station on arrival, checking in the next day to make sure everything was fine, and even providing daily cleaning and fresh towels. Her warmth and care truly made our stay special. We’re very thankful and would definitely stay here again!
