The number of shower rooms are limited and may be crowded in the mornings.Guests are advised to come with small luggage as there is limited space.Showers and bath towels are available at an extra cost. Beverages are included in the room charge as well.

I read some negative reviews of this place after booking, and even considered canceling my reservation. However, my experience here was very positive! The premises were spotlessly clean. The reception/lounge area was very pleasant and the location is fantastic! I feel that some of the negative reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations. You are staying in central Tokyo for an incredibly reasonable price! Yes, you do have to pay extra for a shower, but it is inexpensive and the whole process is more about efficiency, so you can have your own private, locked shower booth. Many reviews note that the staff were unfriendly. While i wouldn't describe it as the "warmest of welcomes" everyone was perfectly courteous. Other reviewers complained about the noise, but it's a capsule hotel! This wasn't really wasnt an issue for me. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, then this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for an affordable option in a great location, then I really can't fault this place.
