It's a cheap place close to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. It's also only a 6 min walk to the metro. A staff member comes to clean the common area every evening. Each bed has a light, a outlet and LOTS of place to store a totebag/ computer/...

Good location, on the JR Yamanote line (the loop line) . The place, however, is a lot smaller and cramped then the pictures show. For the price and for the location, it is a good deal.
