Very comfortable and clean, staff were very pleasant and allowed luggage to be stored the day of stay and after.

The location was great, not too far from the main Ikebukuro Station (about 15 minutes) and another station (5–10 minutes). I was very satisfied with the room; it was comfortable, and although the bed was a bit soft, it was perfect for me. The TV was great, we could watch YouTube as well as many Japanese channels. The room was clean, and there were vending machines downstairs. The hotel also had laundry facilities and a smoking room (I didn’t use these). Overall, it was a very nice stay. Check-in and check-out were really fast. When we have checked in, they gave us ramen as gifts (I recommend the curry one), that was a really nice touch and nice dinner! :)
