Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff are unmatched! So friendly, always opening the doors, elevator and greeting you whenever you enter. We were lucky enough to dine at the buffet for dinner and got to see the red moon whilst we were there. Highly recommend the buffet it was well worth it. Would absolutely stay here again. Also the limousine bus to the airport leaves straight from the hotel which was great

Great location, close to temple and markets. Close to 7 eleven across the road and train stations closeby. Restaurant bar was lovely as was the cafe. Our room had an incredible view of the skytree, especially at night.

The level of service was exceptional. The room was a great size with fantastic views. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. I am gluten intolerant, and all the foods were labelled, showing allergens very clearly. There was plenty for me to choose from.

Excellent location near the Skytree and Asakusa’s main attractions. Our room was very good with a perfect view of the Skytree. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help – a great base for exploring Tokyo – we’d happily stay again.
