Great location, a couple of minutes walking distance from Ueno station. Clean and modern building, very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Many restaurants and museums in the area

A nice self-service hotel, strategically located nearby Ueno station. Room was bigger than the average size in Tokyo. Check-in process was okay and check-out was much easier as not required to return any keys. Staff was prompt to reply when I reached out for assistance regarding our toilet controller.

Great location beside Ueno Station made it easy to travel across the city. Quiet hotel which suited our stay. Good facilities for washing clothes etc.

Clear Explanation about Checkin procedure The location is better than expected. Clean room and a very big toilet. Best staff! Helps a lot with my own problem (call cab/ forgetting stuff)
