Thus, guests cannot adjust the temperature in their rooms.A letter of consent from a legal guardian must be presented for a minor to stay without an adult.There will be building-wide power outage due to legal inspection on May 7, 2025 (Wednesday) 12:00-14:00 .
During the inspection, electricity, gas, water, and elevators will be out of service.
In addition, the facilities within the hotel (restaurant, public bath, parking lot) will also be closed. Due to the power outage, the public bath is scheduled to open from 17:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

I’ve stayed in this APA hotel multiple times. Approximately 10 times or more… I keep coming back. It’s a great location, easy access and has all the families I need. Staff is great too

The hotel was only a short walk from the main train station. It had several convivences stores close by. We could see the iconic Godzilla head from our room. Everything was clean and tidy. There were several large shopping centers nearby and plenty of places to eat. The hotel was quiet at night and staff were helpful. Check in and out was easy as well.
