The location is good walking distance to Ueno and Akihabara shopping strip's trains nearby. Short walk to restaurants and convenient shops.

I paid around ¥13,900 per night for a Double Room (non-smoking) with breakfast included in July 2025, using the Genius discount. This is a standard chain hotel—the room was small but sufficient for two people. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, hair dryer, pajamas, instant tea and coffee, and two complimentary water bottles. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor restaurant, a compact space. The selection was simple but adequate. At check-in, they provided breakfast vouchers as well as a discount coupon for dinner at the same restaurant. I chose this location because of its proximity to Tokyo Dome, and since many other accommodations were fully booked for my dates. Overall, it was a good value for Tokyo.

The location was great. Staff was really nice. Everything got cleaned periodically. Bed was comfortable.

Close to train/metro station. All in all the room was not bad (only minor nuisances, see below).
