Like many other APAs it has a nice artificial onsen but also a convenience store inside the hotel!

The onsen was great. I really liked that there was a shop in the hotel. I liked that fresh towels and a bathrobe were placed at the room door every day.

The staff were extremely helpful as the self check-in procedure can be a bit confusing if you have multiple rooms on the reservation. Location is very convenient and the facilities have a lot of activities you can enjoy with your stay.

Location of the hotel to the station was walking distances. Family loved the public spa bath. Staff were very helpful and exceeded our expectations when we were dealing with finding our suitcases from our delayed flights. This hotel also had a convenient store itself which was so helpful.
