absolutely amazing! staff were extremely helpful and were able to help me with a problem with my key card that arose since I decided to extend my check out time at the last minute. the room was very comfortable and clean, there is a Lawsons inside the building, its located right next to a train station so getting anywhere in Tokyo was a breeze, will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We chose this hotel as a budget-friendly option, and it did not disappoint. We spent seven nights here and, while the rooms are on the smaller side, they were spotless and well-kept. Staying on the 24th floor gave us a spectacular view of Tokyo. The little touches made a big difference: fresh towels and a complimentary bottle of water each day, plus a Lawson’s on the 2nd floor, perfect for late-night snacks or an easy breakfast. Although no one recommended Ryogoku as a prime area to stay, we found the location excellent. It’s just a three‑minute walk to Ryogoku Station, which connects conveniently to the rest of Tokyo. While the Edo Museum was closed for renovations, the nearby Hokusai Museum is a beautiful piece of architecture and worth the walk. Asakusa is about a 30‑minute stroll along the Sumida River, crossing through Kuramae, a lovely route, especially during the Sumida Fireworks Festival, which was an experience. We’re still nursing a heavy case of Japan blues and can’t wait to come back!

Great location. Yes the room is small, but having the big bath, it makes up for the lack of space in the room.

The buffet breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice in the food. The kids had fun in the play area. The convenience store was well stocked.
