Please notify the hotel if you arrive more than 2 hours later than the initially indicated arrival time.Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.Opening hours of public bath: 06:00-10:00 in the morning and 15:00-02:00 (next day).A seasonal outdoor swimming pool is available for an additional charge and open only during summer, July 4- September 21 between 9:00-22:00. The terrace is available for guests to use all year round.There is an additional charge to use the pool:
Adult: YEN 1500 per hour on weekdays, YEN 2000 on weekends and holidays.
Child: YEN 1000 per hour on weekdays, YEN 1000 on weekends and holidays.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Nice hotel. Good onsen. Nice breakfast. Can be a bit crowded at the end of breakfast time. Good location. Close to sjinjuku and the subway but the area is not too crowded.

The location, not right in the Kabuki-cho but very close to. So you can have a little quiet yet so close to the centre of Kabuki-cho. Two convenience stores, a post office also near by.

Really nice value for money hotel. Central location (for our needs). Really nice public bath (Onsen style) with outdoor and indoor baths and loads of shower stalls. Even a little rooftop pool (not on the same floor as the public bath mind you). Nice quiet neighborhood—good for a stroll along the little river. A Family Mart close by. Some ok restaurants. Quiet guests. Not overcrowded by Chinese tourist families (as our hotel in Osaka was). Never tried the breakfast as it is in what seems to be a really bland «Irish Pub». But in Japan, you skip the hotel breakfast anyways right? Go for a coffee and sandwich/ onigiri from Family Mart instead for a fraction of the price of the Hotel Breakfast.
