I really liked the design of this hotel, with the rooms set around a Japanese garden. This is something I LOVE about Japanese architecture. It creates a sense of spaciousness and connection to nature. Also the onset/ bath house - this was my first experience. Me and my sister LOVED the onsen here. So lovely! The breakfast was good, traditional Japanese.

Perfect location and we had the premium Apartment which was amazing. Very spacious for Tokyo. Great shower, fantastic beds and awesome view of the park.

It was very clean and tidy and the wet room (bath and shower) was spacious with great water pressure. The Japanese toilet was new, clean and full service. I enjoyed being close to Ueno Park and the market streets and of course well serviced by transport options including the express to the airport.
