The staff were amazing! I loved that they always refer to me in Japanese to say hi, but then shifted to English instead of just talking in English. I think it is nice to feel that I am in Japan. I love the sheet in the lift teaching me a few Japanese sentences to be respectful with the Japanese people. I used them a lot during my stay. The room was ok, a bit small but good.

Staff were friendly and helpful, had a private room with my own bathroom, good size and A/C, felt like a hotel room but benefits of a hostel with kitchen facilities downstairs and communal seated area. Good location, nice and quiet out of the hustle and bustle but still convenient, plenty nearby and metro stations to access busier areas for tourism.

Everything to be honest: location, customer service, price, room (even though it is smaller than a usual room, it is very cozy, perfect for what we were looking for). We were a little bit worried before arriving because it's a hostel, not a hotel, but this is perfectly a hotel.
