Location. Cheap basic accomodation and better than staying in a pod, but similar priced to some Pods

The location of this hotel is great, it is a 3 minute walk to the closest station (tameike-sannō). There is a 24-hour grocery store just downstairs and a Lawson down the street, not to mention a large selection of restaurants about a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. There is a coin laundry located on the first floor, 300 yen for the washing machine which runs for 30 minutes and 100 yen per 30 minutes for the dryer (usually took 1.5 hours for our stuff to dry) so worked out to 300 yen (600 total). If that wasn't enough, the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. It's worth noting that while the rooms are a bit smaller compared to western rooms, they were the perfect size to accommodate our needs. (2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry-on suitcases). If I had to nitpick on one thing, the bathroom is a bit tight (the sink is partially in the shower), but the overall layout is good. To sum it up, the location is great, the price is great, the rooms are great and the staff are even better.
