Best staff ever, excellent location, cosy decoration, fresh facilities, includes breakfast, well organised. Best place in Tokushima.

An incredibly relax, cheap guest house. The main room is a nice welcoming place, equipped with free breakfast (!) and unlimited coffee or tea. Staff was very kind, and the bedroom was nicely arranged, with a personal locker and towel change. You can also rent a bicycle !

They let me leave the luggage at the reception before check in and after check out. Everything’s clean, not crowded, the bed space comes with sockets. The common area is super comfy and stylish. Free water dispenser for use. Cant find areas to complain about
