Oliver is a great host; he made our stay feel like being at home! The lodge is a cozy size and is very well located, not far from Cape Town, Cape Point, and the main beaches. The breakfast is delicious and healthy! All the staff at the lodge are always smiling and willing to make your stay unforgettable. High Timbers Lodge is a gem, and we will definitely come back!

Location with beautiful views and lovely garden with big trees. Good sized well positioned swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing with choice and fresh fruits. Staff friendly.

Relaxed from the minute we got there. The whole team of staff were so friendly and accommodating. The other guests that were there had been coming back year after year which is testament to how friendly and welcoming High Timbers Lodge is. Oliver was so kind and recommended places to visit. We stayed there for two nights before we left to fly back to the UK. Two nights definitely was not enough. High Timbers is conveniently based for the travel back to the airport, which took us about 49 minutes. The views were staggering and the area quiet so for us this was perfect. Breakfast was the best , with a large choice of healthy options. I will certainly be back .
