Great location and our room had a view looking up towards the town. Our hostess was extremely warm and welcoming. It was lovely and quiet, and in summer it would be great to sit by the pool and relax.

No breakfast to report on; the property is quite beautiful and very conveniently located for access to Todi. The staff was extremely helpful as we arrived late, and communicated with us in a timely manner.

The owner and family were tremendously welcoming and nice. Unfortunately the place was undergoing some major work so it wasn't a place as relaxing or at least did not have the same value for money one was expecting before arriving there. To be fair, the owner told us from our arrival that we were free to see the room and choose whether to stay or leave.

The property was so cold. At night, we felt such as frozen.
