Everything from the quiet, tranquil location, yet a convenient a 5 min walk to main street, the clean, very comfortable and well stocked room/en suite John is best BnB host EVER nothing was any bother and he was very obliging and gave us excellent recommendations for dining options Delicous cooked breakfast too Alfie the dog was an extra special surprise too Genuinely hope to return as soon as there are any vacancies...

We had a fantastic stay at Burnbank. The room and bed was super comfy, great ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. John was such a great host , super helpful, and great advice on trips. The position was perfdft, great views and a lovely sunny garden. I would highly recommend as a place to base yourself from when visiting Mull.

What didn't we like! The room was great, the bed was comfy, the view was amazing, the biscuits and filtered water in the room were a lovely touch, great shower, fabulous cooked breakfast.......especially John's Potato Scone! Clean, tidy, welcoming dining room, great gardens to sit in, 5 mins walk from the town, John was brilliant and a very welcoming host, and Alfie the dog is a real star with the softest fur!
