The location and room was excellent. The breakfast was great. The host (Filippo) is fantastic. Filippo gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area.

The B and B was in a great location, right in a town square with a really nice view from the rooftop terrace. Our rooms were clean, and equipped with everything we needed. If you stay here, have Phillippo make you a reservation at Restaurant Sibilla. It's amazing!

We are very happy to spend two good days here. The owner Filippo takes us to different cafes for breakfast every morning and takes us to buy tickets for scenic spots. Because we don’t want to drive, he also takes us to the bus. He didn‘t leave until the bus arrived and introduced us to delicious restaurants... Too much warmth Taking care of it is like meeting an old friend in a strange city. Highly recommended to everyone!

A fantastic, historical and authentic Italian property that has been lovingly restored to a very high standard.Filippo was the perfect host, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Perfect central location with possibly the best terrace and view in Tivoli centre.
