“Great place to stay in centre of Tivoli”

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Helpful and polite host. Breakfast included in the downstairs cafe was a nice bonus (tasty as well). Object is not far from bus/train station, there are shops and restaurants nearby too. Villa d'Este, Rocca Pia and Villa Gregoriana are all in walking distance. You can see the Aniene valley from the balcony. As others mentioned, since the place overlooks the plaza, it can be noisy, but rolldown shutters help minimise the noise. On the other hand, I had front row balcony seat on a performance of an amazing Italian singer in the cafe downstairs. I will count that as a win. Overall, a great place to stay if you visit Tivoli.

Great location near bus station and all other atractions. The hosts didn't speak english but we understood each other well enough through text. Clean room with all that we need. They don't have a sevice to keep your bags after checkout but there's luggage deposits nearby.

Stayed a night here, good location very close to sights and bus stops, clean room, bed is comfortable and owner is kind! Breakfast at a cafe downstairs, I had cappuccino, pistachio and chocolate croissant. If you have big luggage, wait for owner, there’s a lift, I didn’t and carried it up 1 level. Good WiFi, password is behind modern at the check in counter. It’s a little noisy. However if you close the windows, it will be quiet. I had a good rest.

I stayed in Aurora room, I cannot rate this highly enough.. absolutely great value for money. Walk around balcony on a corner with main view out over the square facing west toward Rome visible on the horizon.. What a sunset... This was the most comfortable large bed and pillows ever... Villa d'Este is only 3mins walk away if that... Claudia was just lovely and gave me a breakfast token for coffee shop underneath... I definitely will be back here some day.. thank You.. exceeded my expectations...Lovely Tivoli..and all the church bells ringing on Sunday morning
