The room was very nice with a view over the harbour. One could reach each building by connecting passageways so one did not get wet. They had a car ready for hire for a few days without us having to organise from a hire car firm. The spa was very good and very accommodating in organising around our schedule.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Chedi Luštica Bay, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind — not just polite, but sincerely warm and attentive. Special thanks to Andrea, who was consistently present at the reception and, we believe, served as the manager during our stay. Her professionalism set a wonderful tone for the entire team. Every detail is thoughtfully considered. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and we were pleasantly surprised to find small daily gifts left in the room, along with a consistent replenishment of coffee, tea, and bottled water. Everything is sparkling clean, and the private beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was a true highlight: a diverse and high-quality selection, with fresh juices, Prosecco, and à la carte options available at no extra charge. The food was always fresh, delicious, and presented with care. We also appreciated the efficient and high-quality room service, which added even more comfort to our stay. We can’t wait to return, it's a true gem

The staff at The Chedi Luštica Bay truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of fantastic. Every interaction I had with them was filled with kindness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring all my needs were met with the best attitude. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to providing an outstanding level of service! One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful daily compliments from the hotel. Each day, I was pleasantly surprised with little gestures that made me feel special—whether it was a handwritten notes, a delicious treat (honey) left in my room, or a friendly extended my checkout time by one hour. These small touches truly made a big difference and showcased the hotel’s commitment to its guests. The ambiance of the hotel was equally enchanting. The decor was elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it a joy to return to after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
